think i'm finally going to get some billies up front and set em at 2.5! Just going for the look, all i drive is highway and its only a 2WD PreRunner. Some meatier tires and perhaps spacers to finish it up. Do have a question, I installed some lowering springs on an import show car years ago. I'm assuming it would be the same thing on the tacoma as far as compressing the springs, removing the coil, putting in billie spring, recompressing and tightening nut?

You want "some meatier tires and spacers" but you are looking to lower your Tacoma?

hes asking if the process of install is the same as lowering a car.

Uh, he's getting a lift with billies and 2.5" set above stock... as he said. He said he's done suspension work before in lowering other cars... (deadbolt beat me lol)

Also, I'd presume that's all it takes but... I haven't actually done it myself so yea.
