Need a little help here please. I have a 2011 Tacoma 4DR., 4WD Longbed, that needs new tires. The stock tires are 265/65/17r. I would like a taller and narrower tire, without the need for a lift kit, or fender rubbing. Also sometimes I bump my head on the top of the door getting in the truck. I was thinking about 245/75/17r, has anybody had any experience with these, or another size? I will go with a M/T style tire, and most of my off road time in on hard dirt/grassfield,rocky Texas soil. In the 6 years I've had the truck, I "ve only put 22,000 miles on it,but the tires are weather cracking pretty good. I'm a old guy,not out to impress the girls, so no mag wheels, or sexy tires. I always like the looks of the late 60's ford f-250 with the 7.00x16 wheels. Thanks in advance.

Thank you. Now my Tacoma is not lifted, do you think there will be any rubbing on the fender wells ?
