I was going to start a new thread, but I suppose my new questions still revolve around tires.

I ended up getting the 3.5 Camburg kit (the deal was too good). Also picked up a set of Methods MR312 in 17s and a set of 315/70/17 KO2s. What are my best fiberglass choices.

Theres a photo I keep going back to of 54syota and a blue one. I know 54syota is running 3.5 dirt king with mcneil 3" fenders. Not sure about the blue one, but it looks like 6 with TC 3.5".

Curious to know what rear spacers 54syota is running. I'm hesitant on the 3" fenders, because I don't want to bang em up, but Im not sure if I can do 6", I guess I would need to see in person. Also would like to know if anyone has any info on the red one.

So from what I can tell my options are pretty much whatever I want for the front, 3, 3.5,4.5, 6" - for the rear Fiberwerks (3.5 or 6) or McNeil (3")

Do you have your heart set on doing the archive shock relocation mounts? If all you are doing is relocating mounts and welding on lower tabs and still maintaining a SOA leaf pack then I don't think you'll have as big of an issue with stuffing that tire under a 3" bulge rear fiberglass fender like that other guy was you had posted about the other day.

Well lol, plans have changed drastically. I ended up ordering the Camburg long travel kit and the camburg rear sua with bedcage. So, no Archive anymore. Like you said the koolaid is good.

Pretty much at this point I am aiming for either McNeil 3" front and rear or ADV 4" Front and wait for the 4" Rear.

You go Glen Cocoa, are you doing all of your installs or having a shop do the work? Either way we need pics or it didn't happen!

Ever since my move to AZ I didn’t replace any of my tools and gear, plus with work and all that probably going to have to just drop it off and pick up when finished. Hopefully I can work with the shop to let me stop by and document the build. I just hope it gets done right.

Pics soon. So far all I have is a receipt lol, looking like 6-8 weeks out. Probably mostly because the shocks; Coilover/bypass front and bypass rear.

I love how before I bought the truck I told myself. Keep this one mellow. Uca’s and tires....

I'm about to order my front, I'm a total chaos fan boy, piecing it together through separate vendors to save some money (though its still more expensive than just going straight to Camburg...) My rear is a new cantilever set up with SUA, so there should be no issues running fiberglass as the shocks are relocated horizontally.

@MISTERRABBIT my advice on rear fenders and real SUA kits is to go with fiberwerx rears. Tim at Dmz did a white 3rd gen and was able to clear 35s with it. I believe they revised their fenders after someone couldn’t even clear 33s.
Here is what my rear looks like as of yesterday. In order to clear the fenders we had to trim them. I was really hoping for a matching look front and rear, but fiberglass will never be perfect and it’s made to be beaten up. Eventually I’ll go 6in rear to clear 37s. Another thing to note on my rear fenders is that they are a custom 1 off that Mcneil got rid of the stock fender trim and made the 3in match the front style 6in. So in doing that I’m not sure if that changed anything. They still had a 90 degree lip under them like the regular 3in. And I think he just molded them to match my fronts. But not positive and don’t want to give anyone wrong info.
one pic is how they came.
    another is trimmed.
another is painted and how it was sitting yesterday.

And I’ll have my truck back Friday which I’m really pumped about.

now don’t go thinking ur front is going to clear 315s with that 3.5 kit and actually get 14in travel. We cut A LOT and basically remade my inner fenders. And it’s still not going to clear at full bump and turn.
I don’t get how anyone clears 35s on a 3.5 kit unless they only measure with the wheels straight. ‍♂️ But I guess if they are just following the overlanders then it’s all for show anyway. Lol
