The best thing to do, is pretend you love Ferds. Every time someone says something great about Toyota's. Make a Ferd comment.

Ford does have a lot of things right, that for some reason other companies cant see the goodness of.

Those door lock key pads, brilliant. I can leave my keys in the truck and lock it? Why the fuk is this not standard on every single vehicle? You can never lock yourself out.

The switches and the feels of turning things on and off in a Ford is top notch, they have the tactile feels down pat. I bet they put a lot of money into research on what 'feels' good inside their rigs.
