I use mine all the time. The one you show in the picture has been abused and not properly cared for. It can be restored to functional.

Once you get it all squared away don’t leave it out the elements and store it in the bag. I flip the bag over and use it as a cover when I’m out camping so it doesn’t get any moisture or dirt on it. It’s reduce my kitchen load out probably by 70%.
