    UPDATED 2021/04/13

Since I'm on my 4th Tacoma (one 1st gen, two 2nd gens, now a 3rd) and 6th Toyota truck (not counting the wife's 4 4Runners), and actually doing things to it, time for a build thread.

Started with a Cavalry Blue TRD Pro, no bed-side stickers, LED bed lights. Purchased for $3K under MSRP.

Trying to remember everything, going front to back kind of, not in the order things were done:

    - SOLD: Warn semi-hidden winch bumper, hoop cut off
    - Backwoods Adventure Mods Hi-Lite Bumper w/Pathfinder fogs (clear)
    - Warn VR-10S winch
    - TRD Cold Air Intake (for looks and sound, FO haters)
    - TRD Oil Cap
    - Redline Hood Struts
    - OEM Roof Rack
    - AVS window shades
    - CBI bolt-on sliders
    - CBI Expedition Rack
    - Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners
    - OEM bed mat
    - Westin tailgate mat
    - 2 large Rubbermaid Action Packers for camping gear
    - RTIC cooler for beers and food and beers
    - CVT Mt. Shasta Standard Stargazer Summit RTT
    - 265/75 R16 BFG KO2 tires, E-rated
    - Black Gorilla Lug Nuts
    - Firestone RideRite Air Bags
    - Rear Diff Breather mod
    - OneUp hitch rack for MTBs
    - Uniden PRO 520XL CB radio, 5 ft Firestik, mounted above driver tail light on HD spring
    - Midland MXT115 GMRS Radio w/Ghost antenna
    - HiLift jack mount and jack
    - QuickFists for axe and shovel
    - Fire extinguisher
    - WeatherTech floor mats
    - Subaru Kicker tweeters
    - JBL GT7 speakers in all doors
    - TacoGarage RAM mount for tablet
    - CalTrend seat covers in the rear (for dog)
    - Abominable Snowman plush toy (mascot/sidekick - all my trucks get one)

Sooo, I think that's it for now. Possible future upgrades:

    - Extra battery and 12V power distribution
    - Onboard air

    As she sits now.

Have the TA KO2s in E rating changed your ride quality? Also, any pics of your Warn winch set up?

I'd say yes, but not a lot and not nearly what I expected. Really liking them. Took a trip to Colorado in August and they did great on and off road.

Here's a pic before I cut the hoop off -- the hoop blocks the radar, so messes with TSS and cruise.

Here's the best I could find of the front after cutting off the hoop.

If you don't mind saying, why did you cut off the hoop?

Well, mainly because it interfered with the TSS. But also because I didn't necessarily like it and it serves no real purpose. I like the clean, nearly stock look without it.
