I just went to Advance and they had them in-stock (All the idler pulleys are cross-compatible). Don't overthink it. Take the belt off, loosen bolt, replace pulley, replace belt, verify routing

    Advance was like $60/pulley

The correct sleeve for the upper, should be around 0.405" ID from link above, i also know a guy who took the center out of his old bearing and put it in a drill and ran it up against a file to cut it down so it would act as a sleve in the new bearing

i just bought the kit as my truck has 380 000km and i am sure it is all in need of replacing

@Jon G so will these part numbers for the bearings I bought (I listed in the quote) not be direct fit if I press them? That's how I read it in this forum...

I ordered the OEM size listed at 10x32x14. Looks like I'm good to go! Thanks for all of your help! Means allot! Replaced my #1 pulley today but I still have that darn whistle. I am more sure now it is the idler pulley....

Just did all of the idler pulley bearings and guess what...... Still had the damn whistle.... For some reason it was harder to find the location that it was coming from after the bearings were done.... So what did I do? What I should have done in the first place. Put my old belt back on and BAM! No whistle.... FML. Took the peice of junk Continental belt back to auto zone and promptly went to O'Reilly and bought a Gates belt. Yet to place it on to test but dammit!! What belt whistles but doesn't chirp? Nor did it stop whistling when sprayed lightly with water.

At least I have new bearings.... They did sound worn though.

Gates belt is perfect. Never buying from AutoZone again.

Again, thank you everyone for your help! This site is invaluable.
