Installed upside down rock sliders double as steps andwelded to frame. I also use these to lift my truck with my High Lift if I get a flat. The Tacoma does not have any stable place to lift truck with this jack if it is stock. If you have a lift and dont have a place to grab to lift your truck you will be in trouble it has happened to me. Also in my opinion anything higher than 3inch lift is useless if you get a flat only way out of that mess is a tow truck:

BF Goodrich All Terrain tires 285/65 R18 any thing bigger on a 3inch lift will not work due to rubbing and room. This size still rubs a little but only in extreme truck positions. cutting the body mounts a little will solve this problem but I have not done this:

1991 Ford Mustang 5.0 with 26,500 original miles will sellfor $18,500.00.

Very nice, might have to bite your slider idea, did you use existing holes to mount? Also, what brand are the sliders?

I mounted the sliders by welding them to the frame, the Tacoma does not have any existing holes to mount you would have to drill, but I wanted them to hold so I can lift the truck. They are turned upside down so they look like a step. I got them from a website called Trailgear.com for about $300.

Sexy Taco! I really like the XD diesels in black and aluminum. One day, I will have an ARB bumper like yours :)
