    I just got home from Bridgeport. It was a pretty good day and we hit some pretty tough trails. It really is surprising how much that place can change with some rain. The trees have grown a lot so pin striping and deeper scratches are pretty common on the heavy tree trails. We did find one trail from the base of the power lines, up a creek, up a hillside, and then up/over rocks that is pretty cool. Also where we picked up some body damage.

    So I just made my best buger ever. I started with a regular beef pattie on the grill.
    Sautéed some onions and peppers and fried an egg. Melted provolone cheese and put peanut butter on the bun.
    It sounds weird but was really good.
    The peanut butter melted with the hot buger and on the first bite the egg yoke got all over everything.
