    I still vividly remember my first solo 16 years ago.

    A couple of pointers from someone who's been around the block a couple of times in aviation.

    #1. Never leave the center line of a taxiway while taxiing. It's a mark of a true professional.

    #2. Never, and I mean never, ever make more than a 30 degree bank in the pattern. NO EXCEPTIONS…. EVER!

    #3. Don't ever be too proud to make a go around on a landing if it's not right.

    Sure it does. Just go slow and dont force it. Cutting it open will you you A LOT about your welds and show you what you need to improve on. Cut it in multiple places and post up some pics
