I finally mounted up my new wheels/tires last night.

Front is 2nd gen 5100's set at 0 with OME 887 spring's and SPC UCA's.

Rear is deaver AAL with standard 5100's

    Wheel's are Vision 398 Manx 17x8.5 0 offset 4.5 BS

    Tire's KO2's 275/70/17

Happy with the look so far , Think next will be a light bar behind the bumper, maybe some yellow fog's and a grill.

I will measure it when i get a chance now that it settled. when i measured it fresh off the lift before alignment it was 3-3/8" , that's measuring from the center of wheel to the edge of the flare. i'm thinking it's looking like probably around 2-1/2" in lift. thinking it settled like 7/8". i will get a measurement for you when i can.
