I think I've developed a bit of an exhaust leak :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Need to bust out the welder and install a new muffler this weekend! This is the inlet side, the whole face of it broke.23004416_2019330768350622_1660751412635026991_o.jpg

    I guess so!

Haha, I'm a little amazing the OGT's muffler doesn't look like that. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have much packing left in it though. ;)

BTW, Guy, did you see Key-Rei's post in the classifieds selling his 3rd Gen T4R? He's kinda proud of it given the miles and how it looks cosmetically (ah, hell, he's kinda proud of it if it were in as good a condition as Natty ), but if you're interested, it wouldn't hurt to make an offer.

I saw it, but didn't want to comment because the price is off significantly. I'm also not ready to go, I haven't even put the Fit up for sale yet.

The muffler is pretty funny, the face of it broke out, not even where the pipe was welded. It was a cheap muffler shop job though. And thankfully the rest of the exhaust is in good shape. I have a nice Dynomax unit waiting to be welded in.

Amazing build...what color of monstaliner did you use and how do you like it after having it for a while? I'm really contemplating going that route.

Thanks, still not done...Hopefully I can get back on track with a motor swap soon.

The Monstaliner is midnight special. Prep is key and if I had to do it over I would have sprayed it on.

It's held up great so far. Easy to clean and abrasion resistant.

Here's the list so far. Motor mounts are on there twice, because I haven't decided on which supplier.

Ordered the T-case, twin sticks and crossmember. I need to get the motor pulled from the Runner, most of what Toy only swaps (TOS) needs is from the existing vehicle not the donor.

@allenfab There may be a couple plugs under the dash behind the glove box that I will need. TOS is going to send me some pictures. If they're not in the stuff I have maybe you could mail them over?

Thought of some parts you don't have on the list but will need per your post in the BS thread...a set of chromo axles and Longfields if you don't already have them. Tires that big will eat steel axles for breakfast at Hardrock. Probably be okay for mud, but I'm betting they pop like twigs on rocks.

I have Longfields in the front and Longfield lockout gears in the Aisin hubs. Changed those out after I broke a Birf at Hardrock.

Got the winch, light bar, battery and bumper pulled off last night after work. Pulled the front seats, center console and vinyl flooring out at lunch today.

The starter and drive shafts are next and then the transmission.

Yes, the shafts are. The lockout gears are 300m.

Edit: the lockout gears are 4340 too.

Got a good amount done today. With the exception of the bellhousing bolts and motor mounts the engine is ready to come out. The trans is ready too, just the crossmember and bellhousing holding it in. The engine harness, ac, radiatior and all associated connections have been removed. Along with the upper intake manifold and header. Should have time to pull it this Saturday, now that the boys have a break from sports.

The clutch and brake peddle assembly showed up today. Has minor surface rust that needs to be cleaned up, but its in great shape. Only missing the return springs.

Now my T-case adaptor from Marlin is backordered. Still have plenty of time, because of how long it takes to get a harness made.

Ordered my motor mount plates and T-case E-Brake. Last non nickel and dime part is the harness. I should have the dash harness pulled from the Runner and the other 3 plugs from Todd soon. Then I'll get it sent out to TOS.
