I purchased my 2016 sport super white with 41k miles in February of 2020. So far I've done a few mods and I have a lot more I plan to do. I figured I'd start this build page before I'm too far in. My build goal was to basically be self reliant as possible, now I'm not to sure where I'm headed. I enjoy doing electrical work though so a lot of it will be that for now.

First few things I'm starting with is a dual battery set up and air. Most likely for will be the twin compressor arb.

I put in my @MESO LSP7-7 Switch hole and let me tell you about puckering buttholes. It wasn’t bad, I always pucker when I cut important pieces. It’s was more a pain in the ass to get the lower dash out. It looks boss. I’ll take more pictures when I put it back in Monday or Tuesday.

I finally got around to putting in my cb all super hidden like I do. It’s a small Uniden CMX760. I double sided taped it under the charging pad. I mounted it to Total Chaos stiffeners. I originally got the Cali raised rear light mount but changed my mind after everyone said there cables rubbed bare. I’m just waiting on the plug to mount the mic in the meso spot. I also ordered a voltmeter and prewired it so I just have to plug it in when I get that as well. I also put on all the @MESO black trim pieces on, Including the handles, which looks tits.... Last but not least. A new shift Knob. I would typically never rock a shifter on a automatic but this was calling my name.

Idk, maybe it wasn’t there long?. It came from Kentucky. At least that’s where the gps home was set to. I thought about going there out of boredom and taking a picture of the truck in that persons driveway or something. Lol, it was only the street name though, no numbers. That’s the only thing that stopped me. Lol. I definitely have more money in this one than that last one already. There’s a few dumb things I’ve left out too. I’m just about done with that panel. It just needs to grounded it and wire it up.

Well I finally had more time to play with the truck. I upgraded the power and ground cables to 2/0. It was a slight pain in the ass, but.... it looks factory. I t looks really good and I’m really happy with it so far. I have a just a little more to do. And I’ll post more pictures. In the next few days when I get home and finish it up the last little bit.

I finally got my lazy ass to take a few pictures of a more finished product. I left the cables a little longer cuz I’m not quite sure where I’m going yet. I know want to dual battery but I don’t really want to put second battery somewhere else. Ideally I’d like to move my starting battery as well and just put those battery stud things and just run cables to that and wherever I run the starting battery. Is this not possible or am I wrong in my thinking?
