This is where I am now! They told me my camper is in the batch to be built at the end of this month...it's taking a lot of mental effort to not email every day "Did you start building it yet?!" "How bout now?!"

Was your lead time accurate? Will you be getting your Drifter before or after your speculated lead time?

 

I can't find the email where Phil told me the lead time, so I'm doing a bit of speculating here. I ordered in late October and I think I was quote 6-7 months. That would put me right on schedule.

 

I ordered last month and was told there will be a 10month lead time, batch starts sometime in fall.

 

Thanks man ! I am #127 apparently ready in the Nov Dec time frame.

We're still thinking about the fan probably will do it but need to make sure it will fit in the garage. Could anyone with a stock set up and a fan on there drifter let me know how high the fan top is from the ground.

That will vary on every truck but @Iggy or @Overlanerd have the measurements of the Drifter height with and without the fan. Hopefully they can chime in with those numbers and you can get a better idea for your setup

 

33.5” above the bed rails to the highest point on the fan.

17’ canoe - fitted with Thule feet and bars on Vag L Track.

 

that is sexxayy.. which thule feet did you use? just hog out the thru bolt holes and use regular L trac studs?

I just used the Thule feet from my old ARE campershell. Didn’t change anything but the shell...

 

Hey There, when did you place your order? I placed mine back in mid October and was told I was scheduled for an March/April build. I spoke with Phil last week that I am now looking at a end of June completion.

 

I ordered in December and was last told sometime in July. My heart won't be broken if I'm updated to August or later as long as it's before there's snow in the ground.
