Yeah, I paid quite a bit less than that for my secondhand drifter.

Yes I did get banned for whatever reason. That’s fine if you don’t want to pay it, it’s not like I’m forcing you too. I put it up for that price because someone will pay and if I don’t sell it I’m. It too worried. Some people
Will pay to get it sooner then a year.

Can anyone recommend a good shop in California that would be able to cut a giant hole in my drifter and put a fan without any leaks?

What is it now? 1 year? I asked Phil and he said they’re redoing the schedule or something

A short answer, YES. Ordered mine 02/2019, my last email I was told my camper build would start 02/2020.
This is not to bash the guys, as they're working late hours and there are always growing pains with a new, ever popular product but glad to hear they are looking into their scheduling. IMHO, I think having people 'finalize' their build one month prior to completion is an issue. To me that doesn't give much time to react when someone asks for much more than what was on their initial order when placed.

I got to say, the guys at Vagabond Outdoors are dedicated. I sent an email out last night inquiring if the build of my Drifter has been pushed out as I was told in November that it is scheduled to start production in January but I have not received the final invoice. Phil Replied at 2AM and we were able to get some updates done on the invoice, one more pass and I think it will be set. I am having a hard time finding someone to do an install in Minneapolis area, if you guys know of a place near Minneapolis that can install the Drifter please let me know as all the big names I called around town said NO.

Are you getting it shipped there?
You could get your truck sent out here and then driven or shipped back there.
I know another customer had their rig sent here then flew out to get it.

I was born and raised there....maybe a trip home could happen. :notsure:

Yeah, I second the ship the truck out then fly out after the install and take a nice road trip back.

After reading this I think I will wait one more month until hassling the VB folks. I'm 10 months and 1 week since ordering.
