FYI - As I have worked with several small businesses, I'm guessing they changed to a new invoicing system or the sequential order numbering was reset to 1300 or something. Nothing to see here - as mentioned several times before... our invoice `VO-###` number does not directly correlate with real-world time or position in line. @Kbails comment about their order on 11/4 being #1341 confirms my thinking.

Huh...I never thought of this. I built my camper with adjustable latches just because they appeared to be the nicest of the ones I saw.

I still don't have a tent section due to stupid Covid so I have to make sure the lid is closed tight otherwise dust gets in.
Once I have the tent on it won't be a concern anymore and I can pack more stuff on the bed when I won't need the lid closed super super tight.

I agree with your non-correlating time or position based on order # but my guess is they haven't reset anything. It looks like the 2nd invoice is also an additional invoice VO-### so for the first little while the #'s corresponded more in line with actual builds but with some more random orders (eg Goose Gear or any other brands VO sells) along with deposits and final bills going through their system the number has gone up more exponentially then before.

    I understand leople
This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw the #'s jump up so fast, I'm pretty sure invoice # has nothing to do with build #.

Yeah, I just had to state it again since it has been a while and we've got some new people in the thread that may not know this.

I figured I would beat y'all to it and just chatted with Phil on the phone about the California Regional Stay-at-home order (and some order details).

Starts in <48 hours and will last at least 3 weeks. Full details.
Vagabond is in Benicia, which is in Solano County, which falls into the Bay Area region.

Building campers and delivering products to us will not be affected.
You won't be allowed inside if you show up to check out anything or pick up products.

Please keep in mind that while the new restrictions MAY not affect daily workshop operations per se, we don't know yet if/how it will affect our supply chain

:anonymous: Sorry, I've only been there a few times - mostly on bicycle and that point during the ride I'm pretty cooked when riding from Oakland.

VO-212 here (I updated the spreadsheet), but I also have a proforma invoice # of 1240, so I think there's a difference between order # (in my case, 212) and proforma invoice # (1240). Order date of 2/15/2020.

Thanks for that info. I added a new column to the spreadsheet for Invoice #. What we were tracking only as the VO-NUMBER is different from the Invoice number.

The VO-### seems to be the Order number when you buy on the website for the 50% deposit.
I believe a followup invoice is used for the remaining balance.

If someone calls up to order on the phone, they may never get a VO-###.

Looking back through thread I don’t see the order number of the latest roll out. Also not on the sheet. Anybody know who this was or what number it was?

If you're talking about the repainted 1st gen, that is @bajajoseph VO-129.

But with some sleuthing, Instagram user JMarkley344 may be the most recent picking his up the end of November for a 3rd Gen DCLB. Don't know the VO-#, but the invoice was 1227.

@tetten is VO-126 and has a scheduled install date of 12/22.

Thanks, I was referring to the 3rd Gen. Actually saw bajajoseph’s in person being a fellow 1st Gen owner. Excellent rig.
