My short bed Drifter with only fan and glass windoors both sides was right at 400 lbs.

I don’t recall if he had an awning or not and pretty sure no shower. Unfortunately I can’t remember the thread where he posted this but he did have a pic or two, maybe even listed his options.

I’ll see if I can find it for you.

Mine was 485# (short bed, 2x frontrunner doors, fan).

I believe the base is around 330# and the options add up from there.

Yes, I have seen someone has it on his Colorado, but am not sure whether it's ZR2 or Z71

    Here’s the Z71:

from my quick research, the body/bed are the same, but the suspension and rear axle is wider on the ZR2.

Anyone have the specs for the gas struts for the rear window?
    The ones I have right now are Stabilus Lift-O-Mat 010571, 0155N (35 pound-force).
Looking for the other specs (ball stud size, compressed/extended lengths) so I can source alternative replacements.

Mine came off a Tacoma. When VO installed it for me, Phil and Jay said the Frontier and first gen tundra's are some of the most challenging to fit but the Colorado and Tacoma are the easiest. Colorado should be able to fit the standard 5ft or 6ft Drifter pretty nicely. Mine was the first 6ft bed Frontier and took some finangling. The 5ft bed Frontier is pretty whacky and is a bit shorter than the 5ft bed Tacoma so I think they need their own custom size (they built one already).

We’re at 5ft Frontier which they said they’ve done before but I haven’t ever seen pics of it. Won’t have ours for another few months at least.

This is one that a previous owner got on rent after having a mishap with his tacoma. He was living full time out of it so needed another vehicle to put his “house” on. I believe they did slightly shorten the shell for future frontier builds to fit better.

This camper still lives on today after being on multiple different vehicles even after being involved in a flop over accident.
A true testament of the strength and durability of Vagabond campers! 534E23D7-8160-4445-8F9F-F7982F0FAC41.jpg

Nice!!! Yeah, the 5ft bed on Frontiers is quite literally a box. The dimensions are truly bizarre.

Just measure the ball to ball closed length and the ball to ball open length and get the same pound force rating. It's most likely a 10mm ball which is standard. You could of course try to get in touch with anybody over at Vagabond, we all know how easy to get ahold of they are!

Has anyone had to swap out the rear window for a solid panel?

I'm going to have to park my truck on the street for a year or so and would prefer to have the solid panel instead of the window. Anyone go through this process? Did Vagabond send out a rear panel? Was it easy to install?

    Thanks!
