What stepping stool is that in your pic? Looks like it is a collapsible one?

Was great to see the Vagabond at the NWOR and get to crawl in and around it. I was pretty sold on the GOFast unit but really liked the Drifter! Now back to deciding :).

Can you spot the drifter? (In the first pic...I know you can in the second :)

    nice spotting

Also, are you now considering a drifter? Thought you had a 4WC on the taco? Planning on getting ride of it?

Great meeting you and your father Tom!

Definitely going to put a Vagabond logo on the roof to make it easier to spot in the future ;)

IIRC, he’s keeping it and adding a wedge to his father’s matching truck. Different options based on the type of trip.

Those definitely help to keep the camper clean. Not only because of the obvious foot traffic, but all of your containers can sit on it instead of the ground. So when you load the rig... you guys get it.

I just ordered one of these.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01K717N4W

I was meeting my wife for dinner in SF around 2005 and took Bart into the city. Found one in Chinatown for $15. Brought it on almost every camping trip for 12 years.

It finally died after getting moldy. Should have put a drain hole in my bamboo mat swingout mount.

Took mine up Imogene Pass yesterday, and now heading back to Benecia this weekend to pick up my actual one.

I'm probably driving 80 to I15 then up through Bakersfield if anyone has been wanting to check one out before buying.

I'll be there next week for the FJ Summit. Man I can't wait.

Maybe next year Drifter will sponsor one with me so I can put it on display :fingerscrossed:
