The more I read about Vagabond, the more I want to cancel my GFC order and switch over...

Still a few things I don't like - I believe since I'm in state, I'll be paying taxes on it (correct me if I'm wrong). Ends up being over $8,000 with the fantastic fan, and that's a good chunk more than the GFC. I still have some time to decide though...Vagabond seems more of a "camper" which I like, vs. the GFC which is more of a rooftop tent + camper shell ordeal.

No issues with closing due to extrusions and a bs answer of it being in spec, no water leaks, solid,, and no year plus wat time.

Fair warning - the Vagabond Family isn't lucky enough to have roof alignment issues, or to get 5 minutes of practice on our meticulous tent wall folding skills every time we close the camper...
Hope you don't have your heart set on those things if you plan to switch.

My main issues with the GFC is the:
    1. Sleeping setup. Moving panels and crap.
    2. No fan option...

Check this out guys. A quick and dirty video of the new Goose Gear interior. Sorry the camera put out such crappy video, but I'll make a nicer one later.

In all seriousness, that's the best/simplest breakdown of the two.

If you want a work truck that makes a decent, but more occasional camper - GFC
If you want a camper that can also still be used as a work truck - Drifter

No but I'll try it out now! I honestly was a bit lazy and didn't want to wait for adobe premiere to finish doing it.

No don't try it! I was asking because the footage gets shaky. Just wondering if you were using some sort of stabilization in post process.

Youtube stabilization makes everything look like jello haha

I think the video really shows how versital the Drifter is. So many options and now with this interior it's like having a cabin you can take anywhere.
