We haven’t cut a long bed yet, that’s coming really soon! I can’t wait to have on on my truck.

Thank you! We made the short bed first because it’s like 90% if the trucks out there. The long bed is identical with sides are longer.

From the photos I have been seeing, it looks like the short bed model doesn't match the taper of the 2nd gen beds, which leads me to believe that it will fit on my 1st gen just fine. Do you have measurements of the bottom where it sits on the bed rails? @Iggy

Not off the top of my head, but that was the intention. The inside of the base is the same width as the bed rails.

With all the details I could do a long story about the width and the bed and how it mounts! Haha

Do you have a locking mechanism on the air springs/struts? That is one thing I have used on my Columbus during bigger wind events that wanted to push the top down...

Yes! We have a locking bar that’s standard with the camper.

With the longer sides is the over the cab section shorter or the same length?

It overhangs less because you have more bed, but it stops over the cab in the same place on the SBDC and LBAC.

Me too. I wonder how much difference there is in the Tacoma & Tundra (gen 1) bed dimensions.

The Tundra bed is SIGNIFICANTLY wider. It's a bit longer as well. Not going to work.

Thanks for the info! I knew there was a size difference between the gen 1 Tundra AC & DC models. I didn't know the beds were still the same size. Oh well, I will just have to wait until the Tundra model is available. I saw a Gen 1 AC next to a newer Tacoma and they were roughly the same overall length. I sure have a lot to learn about the differences in the models.

A slide in version would rock too. :fingerscrossed:

A lot of people have been asking about the camper overhang and the Prinsu rack clearance. They didn’t high-five at all!
