I think this has been asked before but I am having trouble finding it.

What window that are optioned can be opened from the inside of the bed?

    Options are:
Glass/solid Window or Frontrunner Gullwing Door/glass window? Can either of these be opened from the inside?

I don’t think there any manufacture has a canopy window that can be opened from he interior, maybe a slider?

The glass or solid windoors can be opened from the inside. They do have to be unlocked from the outside though.

The RV style locks, that are lockable inside and outside, require a profile that is thicker than the windows. A simple catch can easily be added to the inside though. We’re working on a simple setup to achieve this, but it may not involve a catch.

Awesome thank you. Would be awesome if you can unlock from the inside as well. But at least you can open the window from the inside when unlocked.

How about the rear hatch? Can this be unlocked from the inside?

    Hey @Iggy @Overlanerd ,
Do you guys have a rough idea on production leads? I'm sure I'll get some email correspondence on my order as it moves along, just trying to get a heads start getting my vacation time in at work.
    Thanks guys. Keep em rolling

I ordered in January, and they quoted me 8 months. I am not sure what the lead time is now.

Maybe you were too honest for the reason?

I think you need to make something positive out of the reason. I think its easy to get around especially something the DMV has not idea what that means.

A guy would need to have some serious balls to put that on his girlfriend’s car... really wondering what it actually means.

Just submitted a ton of questions to Vagabond, got a reply and asked a ton more. :) Read through the whole thread as well, just to get all of the details. The Drifter is by far the best setup out there. I was set of getting a Habitat for almost two years but for the same price I can get so much more from the Drifter. I am ready to put down a deposit :spending:. (As soon as I get another reply)

I do have a question for guys and gals in the PNW, since it rains here 3/4 of the year do you find that water pools around the tent? Does any water get in? Do you have problems with water coming through where the camper joins with the bed?

One thing that set me over the edge for the Drifter is the fact that I can drive down to Sacramento for around $100 get a free camper install and drive back for $120(due to lower mpg).
