    Moar wide yota axles. The only thing I will have left from the '85 is the hubs, rear 3rd member, grill, and the doors (going to make half doors eventually)

    Yeah, I knew factory just wondering on dis one. Looking at rears around 62.5".

    I swapped in some 6" shackles, and set the housing in place just to look at it. It is set on the rear perch hole, to push the axle forward 1". The springs already push it forward 1". I need to drill out the holes though, the center pin won't slide in.

    Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
    That was my one complaint, I had to drill the perches out too.

    Yea I remember you saying that. All of my TG perches have been very tight. It's NBD though, if that's the only issue, I can gladly live with it

    Have you checked caster and spring perch angles and everything just to be sure? Be shitty to get it built and then find something like that

    Yea, everything looks good.

    Cut out some 1/4" plate for my ram mount, I will tack them together and shave them a bit more til I'm happy. Need to cut 2 more pieces that the ram will bolt to.
