Have you had any issues with the BP’s? With the ones I had on my Tacoma I had to warranty all 4 corners before I gave up on them. I would love to get them again because of the ride quality but not sure I can trust them.

The smiling box truck dropped off vinyl from the trim and the Uni Filter. I will do the SAI pump mod this weekend for sure. It’s currently only be getting up about 40 degrees so probably won’t be able to wrap the trim.

I’ve heard rumor that ARB made some updates. Maybe I’ll give them another go. Currently BP’s or Dobinsons MRA’s will be faster/easier to get than most other adjustable suspensions. Was there a GX specific package?

It’s crazy how hard it is to order stuff right now. I guess I didn’t realize I need to know 3 months ago that I was buying a Gx 5 days ago, so I could order things 30 days ago to hopefully get it 20 days from now.
:boom:At least that is what the guy at the local roof rack outfitter made it sound like.

Things I’ve learned about roof crossbars.
    1. The style of rails on a GX roof make it very limited options. Apparently there are two styles of flush rails. Smooth outer edge and ribbed outer edge. Ribbed is slightly more common. The GX is the smooth version.
    2. Almost no one has all the parts in stock to make a complete tower/rail system from Thule or Yakima.
    3. OEM cross bars are to low to mount the size of roof box I have without pushing it way proud of windshield.

After talking with a random GX owner I was informed of another brand called Inno. He said the kit he ordered for his GX last year appears to be on par quality wise with Thule or Yakima. I just ordered a system. See how it goes I guess. We 2 family trips scheduled and I need to use my Skybox so……Fingers crossed.

Also it’s 44 degrees and raining so I guess I won’t be doing any wrapping of chrome this weekend. Sad panda.

I just ordered a Flowmaster Flow FX muffler and a couple feet of Stainless exhaust pipe. Ideally I want to install the muffler in a way I can revert back to stock if I decide I don’t want loud-ish. I will try it first with resonator still in place and see what that sounds like.

Congrats on the new rig. Glad to see another 460 on here. Only had mine a few months but love it, sounds like that's the case for everyone who goes to a GX.

Any reason you went with a Flowmaster and not the Magnaflow Overland system?

2 reasons, I don’t really like the magnaflow sound and I’m going to install myself. I am going to start with just swapping out mufflers and leaving the factory resonator. I’m not looking for loud just a good v8 rumble. I’m a Ironworker/welder/fabricator by trade so exhaust swaps are pretty easy.

So I can add Crawl Control and Multi Terrain Select for about $550 and 4-ish hours of time. That just got added to my mod list.

2C17D494-A7BC-4563-B605-12738587801F.jpg Flowfx and K&n showed up today. After not so good luck with AFE drop in I thought I would go back to old faithful.

Roof crossbar set up is supposed to show up next week. Curious to see quality. I’ve only ever bought Yakima stuff before. Lots of good reviews on the Inno products though.
