The history of Toyota trucks

Does anybody know of a book that has the history of Toyota trucks. I have read some blogs and what Wikipedia has but I would like something in print.

I think the most reliable history of toyota's is through its owners!...I have had 7 toyota's since 1987...I cannot say one bad word about them!..Their is a website out their that has owners list their milage and stories...Its a great read!...Just my 2 cents!
