Looking sweet. How much weight are carrying in the back? How are you liking the real leaf pack? Been looking at the Deavers as well, but man they are pricey. I think that is why many ppl go OME with a aal LOOL

Yes they are mine are the heaviest expedition deavers you can get the 700+ lbers. I would suggest getting them from @HeadStrong Off-Road they offer free shipping and kept in contact through my whole ordering experience. I only have my topper and roughly another 200+ lbs in the back so far. I am finishing up my CAD drawings for my drawer system which I have not estimated the weight on yet still deciding on the materials to use. One of the main reasons I went with Deaver is they have the American flag sticker on them and I want to support our workers as much as possible.

I love them so far, some may say they are harsh on the street but from my experience I think they ride fine. They are stiffer than the stocks but are a 9 leaf pack with 2 overloads so it isn't too terribly bad. Went to URE with some guys sat. to break in the suspension I thought it did well. Now my experience in off-roading until now has been as a passenger and just building stuff for other people.

    The aftermath from URE

That is how my little one is. The "big" one doesn't enjoy it nearly as much.

Yeah 4yrs old and thought it was a roller coaster the whole time. But I've had her outside doing stuff since she was an infant. I have a pic somewhere of her helping re-handle an axe at 2 1/2yrs old.

Sealed the tailgate and cap with 1/2" foam door seal and RokBlock 4in tailgate bridge seal.

10-4 I will be testing some this weekend

here is the link to them

    http://www.rokblock.com

there are a bunch of different options I got the 4in one that includes the side seals as well which I'll be replacing the foam with. I found this product via a youtube video and jumped right on them. The 3m tape they use is the strongest I've seen comes with a primer you put down first and that's tacky as well once it's stuck it's really stuck much more so than the standard 3m double sided tape. So far I am impressed! got a kit for my dad as well. So far things that would normally slide to the tailgate then fall through the crack don't!. I am looking forward to testing it with a load of mulch or something and how easy it is sto sweap it out over it since there is a little bit of a lip. The rubber is pretty stiff where the tape is but pretty supple in the gap. Hopefully it will hold up and doesn't puncture easily doesn't seem like it will though.

I think part of it is bc I have black mirrors, that blacked out grille, door handles dark tinted windows, and wheels so it kinda joins the theme. The more I look at it the more that's what it is doing is adding that black accent color. But it's definitely going to get some more rash, that's for sure!!!

Yeah it really ties it all together! It looks damn good on there, and I'm glad you'll get good use out of it like I did.

Got a Prinsu CabRac from @Tcgator probably the best rack on the market right now for these trucks. I like the rack and plan on installing it tomorrow. Here goes some criticisms of the rack and these are issues not of Tcgator shipping or anything like that.

    @CBI Offroad Fab

    1. They left slag on the side rails and didn't knock it off prior to coating
    2. The Prinsu symbol is backwards on the pass side side rail, how hard is it to have another program to run the pass side and have that turn out going the right direction
    3. One cross bar the bolt holes weren't tapped, being a mechanic and hobbyist machinist I have some bottom end taps so no biggie I could tap correctly.

If anyone wants to see pics of these issues I will surely entertain and take some pics

These things are big time QC and just oversights that need to be corrected.

I'm still happy with it and will use the hell out of it!

Seeing the + & - with this rack and others on the market I have some ideas that I am going to talk with someone about and see if we can't remedy.
