I'm going to be doing a shackle flip and then 14" rear shocks with a 2.5" body. I looked at the 5125s but the extended travel 5100s with the amt of lift I achieved were a better choice and they have a little more travel than the 5125s. I do like the 5125s though it was between those and the extended travel 5100s those 2 were my top picks.

Maybe the B110's are the best bet. Check real good about the shackle flip. A guy I know here has the shackle flip with Dakars and said after the flip it really increased his travel but also really decreased his weight capacity.

He may not have the hanger angle quite right. But thanks for the heads up! I'll look into it more but it shouldn't affect it that much if you have it set up correctly.

Before you go and get the 110s check your current ride height to make sure you won't bottom out prematurely the collapsed length of them is 16.3" and extended is 27 and some change. I used them because I got around 3.5"-3.75" of lift in the rear

The 5160s could be a good option for you as well.

I based my selection on roughly a shock static length that allows about 3/4 of the travel length for droop and 1/4 of it for compression.

I was thinking of the 110's for when i'm able to go up to Dakars or deavers and need more travel. First I'll contact Icon and see if the rears can be rebuilt and converted to extended travel i think they can

Your travel is limited by the length of the shock body. But I would look up what the collapsed and extended lengths are. I would say my deavers were well worth the premium paid although I have heard of guys paying less for custom Alcans and for deavers than I paid. But I am not entirely sure that is true.

All I just got out of Headstrong is they support up to a 3" lift. It'll take a little more research

14.22 collapsed 23.25 extended the 5125s you had on there had a little more travel than these.

Hey $100 for the pair with only 15k on them I couldn't pass it up. If nothing else I can sell and put toward different ones

Nope put them in the shed they only have about 10k on them. I'll get something else when I can get new springs. These 3 leaf aal's are working for now. I'd really like to go ahead and get the winch

They are not cheap for factory headlights but look so much better than the chrome ones I think I paid a little over 400 IIRC. Aftermarket headlights just don't hold up well in my experience which is why I chose to go factory. You may be able to find them cheaper through a different toyota dealer. I got mine on ebay from a toyota dealer out of Chicago I believe.

Ok thanks , I prefer factory to aftermarket also . I think a lot of the aftermarket ones are junk imo and I would just rather stay with OEM quality .
