    damnit.

    the HANGER steak. undisputed in my home for the king of steaks. it is tender..tender like a tenderloin because it does absolutely no work. i actually think a tenderloin is very mild tasting..say compared to a skirt steak, which is jam-packed with beefy flavor. i've tasted beef tenderloins slightly liver-y tasting.

    enter the Hanger Steak. it actually looks similar to a loin. but it taste so beefy..

    i just picked up 3 of them for my deer hunt, camp meal. none of my camp-mates ever heard of a hanger..this is gonna be good.

    try a hanger guys.
