I did both.. I’m an over tighten kinda guy.

Find a fat/big flathead witha blunt tip so you crimp more than pierce.

I forgot what mine were like so I took a peek. Pelfrey tigged tabs on the underside of the table and used rivets.

I have to share this with you guys:

For the last 3 years i've been fishing on the Byrd lake with friends. Those guys been going there for like 19 years. Each years they reserve the camp site in March or April in prevision for the trip on the 3rd week end of June. Today my buddy called me, and said we have to cancel the Byrd. I'm like, wtf! He said, you know Dan, (a guy not really a friend but still fishing with them for a long time) he reserves the site this year. Then he told other friend to come, they are coming with trailer home and big stuff, and Dan tells us ahhh btw there ain't no more room for you guys, sorry. W.H.A.T.A.F.U.C.K.I.N.G.D.I.C.K!!!!:annoyed:

The Byrd is in two weeks and you tell us we can't go anymore, all other camping spots are reserved. We are screwed because we trusted a dumbass, I shoulda have reserved myself!

The solution is, i'll call an outfitter tomorrow to see if they still have a cottage or a camp ground available on the dates we want, if not, we cancel the Byrd, and I'll go somewhere else, but the Byrd is a tradition, first camping trip of the year and it is always an awesome one, and it just go blown up...
