    Ok I need your thoughts on this.. my shop is having issues removing the uca bolt.

    Are we cutting the bolt or are we bending the sheet metal to remove the bolt? I didn't realize this was a pain in the ass.

    Shop is thinking about loosening cab mount bolts to get the bolt out but that sounds crazy to me.

    Easiest way is to just bend the sheet metal back towards you. You’ll need to remove the battery on the drivers side. With some large channel locks it bends easily.

    The alternative is to cut the bolts out and install the new ones backwards, but the drivers side is a pain backwards because brake lines get in the way.

    On mine I bent drivers side and installed new one regular, and passenger side I cut and installed new bolt backwards.
