I figure for $40 may as well. I’ve spent more money on dumber stuff.

So do these go on the front or the back? I know 3 of 4 are pretty vulnerable, so I'd prob want to protect all of them.

Sevier is no joke, I was at that exact spot a while back and it is WAY worse than out by Bonneville. Plus a lot more remote, so it takes forever if you needed help.

This is just for the rear axle. Up until now the only other company I knew to make them was SDHQ but it's held on with one bolt and it's the same bolt that holds the sensor in. That's really not protecting against much. What I like about archives is it's two bolts, and they're axles bolts so that thing could take a serious hit and protect the sensor. I'm not sure how much it'll protect against wiring getting messed up, but we'll see.

There was another company that made a very similar product to SDHQ but for half the price. I really wanted them, drug my feet, and then it looks like they discontinued it. :(

Now that you point it out, using the sensor hardware to protect the sensor does seem silly. Looks like Archive may get my money afterall.

I was thinking of working on the truck until I checked the weather. I think I'll stay inside.

I think I'll use this opportunity to get my camping gear cleaned up and reorganized from my previous trip. Which I can do indoors and not die.

Come up and help me install suspension and move firewood.

Bring the welding PPE for insulation
Will pay in diapers and baby wipes...if you put in the real effort, you might go home with a few new born specific items, too!

Well fellas, baby decided to make his appearance three weeks early yesterday morning. My wife dang near had him in the car...again. He was born 7 minutes after we got to the hospital. 5 lbs 13 oz, 19 inches long..he is tiny! Mom and baby are doing great! Should be able to go home in the next few hours! Covid messed up having any visitors, so his brothers are very anxious to meet him.
