    Well....here it is, figured i'd get something put together to see how far its gone so far since i've had this truck.....while i listen to some metal and enjoy this New Castle :thumbsup:
    It's a 2005 Prerunner SR5 V6. Purchased new sometime late 2004 I've been the only owner.
    This is the only pic i could find of it stock;
    227.jpg

    I didn't start modding it till about 3yrs ago.......after creeping around TW for a few years before that (all those quote's about "you fucked when you joined this site" and "hide you wallet" are no joke!!!!!). I mostly creeped around to get info and specs on fixing different things i broke on the truck and this place is loaded with info......i was blown away.

    First thing i did was put 5100's on all 4 corners, rims & tires;
    0103161313.jpg

    Then came the down fall of what is known as my wallet! This is how it sits now;

    This weekend got the CST 3.5" lift spindles in and installed. (got this done after my little bro and i put his bike back together after getting the engine rebuilt, it's running like a champ again.) I took the pre-load of the spring on the Icons. I put 1/2" on the right and 3/4 on the left for compensate for the taco lean. This ride is so much smoother on and off road. Really happy with the way it turned out.

    Finally installed the trutrac today, after it sitting in my garage for two weeks. Took all day mostly cause I was taking my time to make sure I got everything right the first time and then double checked that.

    These first two are my dogs holding down the fort while i pulled the axles out
    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

    Here's the open diff
    image.jpg

    Side by side with the truetrac
    image.jpg

    And the truetrac installed
    image.jpg
    image.jpg

    Took it for a short drive down my street and the dirt road behind our house, everything feels solid and its a big difference on the dirt. So far really happy with it, just need to get to some hills to see how it does!

    So you don't need to shim the gears with doing a locker if you don't change gears?

    Interesting. I might take that chance and have a shop check my back lash after I do mine. Still not sure if I want to do 5.29s yet from my 4.56

    i was thinking of going 4.56 but Jason (speed freak) advised i should drive with the 33's before hand so i can figure out how much we should go up and the more i thought about i figured that would be best so i don't compromise hwy RPM's. but that's not going to happened to later this year and i'll have Jason do the regear at that time.

    lovin it so far, definitely makes a big difference off road and on road it's almost like its not there. i've only hit some easy trails and washes so far but feels really solid. Still adjusting to not accelerating too hard on sharp turns cause the inner tire will chirp.

    Pulled the coilovers today and put my 5100's back in, , my FR started leaking pretty good so sending them in to get rebuilt. Got 14 months out of them but been pushing pretty hard too. Think that's pretty good IMO.

    Added a few thing the last couple weeks. Bought some MaxTrax so I made some brackets to mount them to the bed.

    Do you have the stock driveshaft? Or any driveline issues
