    I've never ever really gone out of my way to try anything other than ON's protein (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), other than stuff that I've sampled. MP was great, BSN was great, Muscle Milk was great, but too high fat for my likings. Only protein I've ever tried that actually pissed me off was Advocare. I'm not picky, at all. As long as it tastes somewhat decent and isn't high in both carbs and fat, I'm a happy camper

    I don't see why people hate on muscle milk having fat in it then go buy casein protein for the fucking fat content. Arnold Iron mass has the same fat sources including whipped cream powder as muscle milk. Anyone ever wonder why I fuck with some of you about your "diet"? Because the psycho babble some y'all spew is just fucked and makes no sense to me.
