I overdid it in my sets of lunges and squats (various types, with varying weights, respectively) on Thursday and yesterday was the first day I could walk normally again. I work nights doing building maintenance and can walk anywhere from 5-12 miles in an 8hr shift, so working over what everyone else calls the "weekend" was, uh, difficult, to say the least. I'm getting much more enjoyment from upper body workouts though. Thank goodness for Cytomax. That stuff is great.

My wife is a personal trainer/nutritionist and also competes in various sports like cycling and physique comps. She has kicked my butt a few times with tabata based work outs. That shit kicks ass.

Well I figured it was time to post in here. I had an ACL reconstruction last September and decided not to waste my rehabilitation time. So January 1st 2014 I started exercising and eating properly. This is my before and after picture. Left I am at 201 lbs. Right I am at 170 lbs. Future goals is to get my body fat percentage down and add more lean muscle. Very happy with my Progress.

Nice progress. Keep on keepin' on

I decided to go back to my gallon jug of water a day b/c I thought I'd started slacking on my water consumption, so yesterday after I polished off the milk jug, I washed it out and filled it up with water. I used to be religious about carrying a gallon of water with me everywhere, just to make sure I was drinking plenty, but then after I got a feel for how much I needed, I went back to just carrying around a 16 oz bottle and refilling it every couple hours. Going back to the jug, I've realized how much water I actually drink per day; the damn thing was empty by 6pm! I marked it with lines to make sure I wasn't going to be stuck chugging water before bed, but I had surpassed each line waaay before I thought I would, so I just refilled it after I emptied it and kept on drinking!

Only downside is that when I have days that I'm not drinking a lot of water(usually days involving drinking or going to a Braves game/party/etc), I feel like crap. I guess one's body becomes accustomed to getting such large amounts of water that it freaks out if the amount drops significantly. So now my goal is to just go back to the basics of carrying my gallon jug with me everywhere I go.

    Yeah, I'm bored
