I used to have that problem and then I just started forcing myself to turn the tv off at midnight. After I started falling asleep at midnight (it took a few weeks), I started turning the tv off at 11:30...now, I'm out at 11:30 every night. If I don't get 7-8 hrs, I'm worthless

I'm about to leave to go do back now....although, I'll be doing a real back workout.

Also, Aaron, you should be proud: I'm going to the gym on my day off. Now that school's out, my Mon's and Wed's are free!

It's 2 o'clock and I've already downed a gallon! Who ever invented this water stuff is onto something.

Took Assault today instead of my C4 and got the worst case of the itches ever! It's never been that bad. I was walking around scratching like a fool

    Backnbi's n calves today:

widegrip pullups: 4 sets of 12
wide grip lat pulldowns: 4 sets of 10 @ 195
    v grip rows superset: 3 sets of 10 @ 165
hammer strength pulldown superset: 3 sets of 10 @ 315
    preacher curls: 1 set of 10 @ 80 lbs, 1 set of 10 @ 90 lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 100 lbs
    incline dumbbell curls: 2 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells, 1 set of 10 w/ 20 lb. dumbbells
reverse grip preacher curl superset: 3 sets of 10 @ 55 lbs
standing barbell curl superset: 3 sets of 10 @ 45 lbs

Tried Aaron's technique of going lighter on calves and it worked. I had a lot bigger range of motion, which = more burn
    seated calve raises: 5 sets of 15 @ 185
leg press calve raises: 4 sets of 20 @ 330

My calves are burning today . My technique is down till the weight hits the floor and then up to full extension. 3 @ 12

Yeah, yeah. I can still get a full range @ 225, it's just more with lower weight.

    oil change...
Back to back spartan races in 9 days.

Im decreasing weight and upping the reps in prepperation, also running a lot more miles and mixing in tabata workouts at the end of lifting sessions. Tonight will be around a 4 mile run with some boulder carries and hill sprints.

You're going for strong man stuff or size?

I can tell you this that my fucking wheels hate me after my 10x6 at 245 the other day...but I'm going for reps and mass not strength so much.

powerlifting, strongman is too damaging, and im too ugly to be a bodybuilder. im just trying to be strong as possible while being light as possible. so far getting strong is easy, getting lighter has been a nightmare lol

thanks man, gotta lift them all bro
