    The better coast

I mean 75 seconds in the microwave, taking it out and 20 seconds later BOOM! All three of them went off -______- and egg goes ALL OVER the kitchen and my self which I just cleaned both.

I was too lazy to change so I did somewhat of a truffle shuffle to get the big pieces off and now am wearing a new cologne in the library right now :D

hahaha damn! My experience was similar, but it was only 1 egg and exploded in the microwave, so the mess wasn't as bad. I say you replicate it and film it this time!

Had this happen to me when I was a kid. My mom cooked me eggs in the microwave. Little Kevy puts said cooked egg in mouth and BOOM. Talk about a burnt mouth.

How much do you guy account for on the calves machine.
As far as weight for just the machine + the plates you add on

Finished mine Monday! All A's & B's. Good luck!

Seated calve raises: anywhere from 185 to 275

Leg press calve raises: anywhere from 300 to 400

This week, I've started low weight, high reps and they're sore as hell:

    Seated raises: 4-5 sets of 15-20 @ 185
    Leg press raises: 4-5 sets 15-20 @ 330

Make sure you go as low and high as you possibly can and flex at the peak of each rep and you'll be sore as shit

What I meant is like how on bench it bar Is 45 + whatever you add on. Do you count 10 lbs or so for the seated calve raises
