    No just repin but I'm only doing like 115 . Usually my legs are able to handle a lot and I see you guys doing 200+ so I wanted to see if I'm just weak or not counting right.

    Na, you're doing it right. We all were talking about this exact topic yesterday. I was doing 225+ on it and then went down to 185 and did them super slow and with a fuller range of motion and my calves feel like they're on fire afterwards. I've started going lighter on every one of my workouts lately and focusing on form and going super slow and I've been sore after every workout the last few weeks. Big weight does wonders for my ego, but moderate weight, higher reps, with better form do more, physically

    oil change...
    Leg day yesterday. Squats, deads, lunges then I put on my weight vest and did hill sprints. Then grabbed a 50lb sand bag and did hill climbs with that.

    Legs are deeeaaaddd today.

    We have a giant dirt "mountain" that the city made next to our lake that works pretty well. Ill either use that or go to the dam and run up the paved path.


    Parking garages work well too after business hours :cool:

    The wifey and I hit up some 2 story tall outside stairs, do 10 sets of sprints then walk to the gym where she kicks the shit out of me for leg day.

    even though I don't trust the accuracy of this thing... the goal is to try and get down to 10% for the races and to try to not lose them gainz ive made in the past six months

    should I focus mainly on diet with the "regular" gym routine?

    TM is more of a team-oriented race. some of them you have to work with others to get over, and you can skip obstacles if you want. you're also not timed IIRC

    Spartan is more competitive. You can run with a team but every obstacle can be done individually. also you can't skip obstacles or you gotta do 30 burpees, and you're timed
