Had pizza for dinner yesterday, and leftover for lunch today. Greasiest pizza I've had in a LONG time. Now I remember why I stopped eating really greasy foods. They're so delicious, but I feel awful afterwards.

I think I speak for us all when I say we wish we were as awesome as Kodiak.

haha I've drunken TW'd before and I usually wake up subscribed to like 20 threads b/c I was just going into each one talking about nothing relevant at all

    Ha!

We had a end of the semester party Saturday, complete with a slip-n-slide and some drinking games. I am so damn sore from that slip-n-slide...I think I've got bruised organs! I got out of bed probably 3 times yesterday and am moving pretty slow today, as well. Should be good to go tomorrow, but my ass is sore as hell. Also, drinking about 25-30 beers didn't help either. No self control

I am getting about eating more. I'm doing about 3500 right now and being vegetarian that equates to almost 100g of fiber. Which means....

If I have any spicy food pooping is like a fire breathing dragon who gained substantial weight during hibernation and is now going completely ape shit, turning the whole place into an inferno because it has now wedged in the entrance of its cave and can't move.

Yeah something like that. And I love Mexican food :(

Broke a PR today. Did 8 reps of standing overhead dumbbell presses with 50lb dumbbells. Last two were assisted. :p But for the longest time I've only been able to get 5 reps unassisted. Number 6 made me feel pretty good today. haha

The last two sets I only managed five reps unassisted. Still felt pretty good!

I haven't been able to do high weight on bench for several weeks because I've been in there alone, or with someone that couldn't pull that weight off of me if I needed it. Went heavy today. 4x4 at 175, 205, 235, 265. Could only get 265 2 times, then halfway off my chest for the third one. No bueno :( used to be able to do it 4 times. Gotta start liftin heavy again.

I found out my damn achy stomach wasn't from the slip-n-slide, but that I've had food poisoning since Saturday. We went out to eat Saturday night and, apparently, I ate some under-cooked chicken. I've probably shit a good 3 gallons of black coffee-looking stuff and it's slowly becoming more solid. Shit sucks: cold sweats, cramped stomach, diarrhea, nausea, etc. I've been eating anything with fiber in it and even went out and bought some Metamucil to harden that shit up...pun intended. I've been trying to eat the same stuff I usually do, but I can only eat about half, so I've probably been getting around 150g protein and maybe 1500 calories per day since Sat. Cya, gainz :(

You realize anyone can pretty much spot you unless you are being a moron and loading the bar excessively past your max. You probably only need 5-10lbs lifted off the bar to complete the rep. Just keep pushing and anyone can move the weight.

Thanks for the intelligent responses. There is nothing quite as rewarding as trying to have a conversation with a bunch of self absorbed carrot cuffers.

Well, in my case, I didn't see your initial question, so I don't know what the heck you're talking about, but I can assure you that coming into a new thread and name-calling isn't going to do much for you. Maybe try re-asking the question.

Going back, I see you asked if you're gaining anything. In regards to muscle, I'd say it's unlikely that you're gaining anything because your diet isn't something set up for you to be gaining muscle. You need to be at a caloric surplus to gain weight and you need to be eating at least 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. In regards to gaining anything health-wise, I'd say yes, as long as you're doing the exercises right. You're stimulating and using your muscles, as well as keeping your heart-rate up, which is good.
