Over the last few weeks when I've done bench, the only people in there are 2 middle schoolers. Literally. And I just didn't trust them. I got one of them to spot me a while back and he was standing like 5 feet away the whole time. After that, I decided to not ask them anymore.

Oh, I feel like it. I'm gonna keep it simple and hit some shoulders today. Not trying to make too many moves that are gonna lead to me shitting myself.

Middle schoolers man! You gotta be a role model and teach them! The spotters nuts MUST rest on the forehead of the bencher. The benchee will know the spotter is in the correct position by being able to faintly smell ball sack.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Keeping the heart rate up will strengthen it and help it function better AKA pump blood better.

Your diet seems like its on track as well. Just make sure and eat a good variety of things throughout the week so your body is getting all the micronutrients it needs.

For peanut butter, make sure and get a more natural version and not the crap that Jiff or skippy call peanut butter. Full circle, Maranatha, and justins are good brands. Almond butter is also very good if you get tired of peanut butter.

In all seriousness, do y'all think a couple days being deficient in protein would lead to anything significant? Sun, Mon, and Today, I'm eating as much as possible and drinking as many shakes as I can, but I'm capping out at around 150g/day before that insane puking and shit show starts. I'm sure 1-2 days isn't going to affect me (just my ego), right?

Dude just calm down seriously. You're not doing yourself any favors if you're eating 150g of protein and it's getting puked out. Let your body rest. You won't lose gains bro.

I had a similar thing happen to me, but I didn't slam ridiculous amounts of food or anything because I knew my digestive system wasn't ready. Just chill, heal, rest and eat what you can for energy not gains.

If 1-2 days affects your ego, I think a reevaluation is something you'd benefit from...

I can get down about 150 g a day pretty good, but the shits are going on regardless lol. I've been eating more bland, fiber-rich stuff to try and give my system a break, but a few days of eating like a damn bird is killing me. I'm used to constantly eating and it's driving me nuts. It's not affecting my ego, as in I think I'm turning into a raisin, but I just hate knowing I'm not getting the right amount of food

That's what I'm going for. I have nothing to cut so I'm going a different direction than most. II'm gonna bulk until next summer and then cut.

As of the past 2-3 hours, my explosive shits have turned into explosive farts, so I'm hoping I'm getting towards the end of this madness. Also, my appetite is back, so I can eat more. Probably gonna hold off on the weight-lifting until tomorrow or Thursday, though.
