Well, after hours of attempted remedies, I've got to give major props to Pedialyte! After everything got "flushed out", I was pretty fucking dehydrated. I had drank a gallon of water and a gatorade today to refuel (and didn't pee once all day). My fiance went and got me a pedialyte because I had the cold shakes and all that crap and I downed it and feel 100 times better an hour later. Also, I had my first piss of the day, after a 1 gallon jug of water, 1 large gatorade, and a 1 liter Pedialyte...

I might keep this shit on hand for hangovers!

    Hey there Mr. Brown,

I find that it works very well. It is what ASU's Health/Med students use here. The good and bad thing about http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ is that you need to know your body in order to choose the proper macro ratio (gramps per lb body weight). Most importantly is to remember that just because IFYM doesn't mean you should eat it, there is a time and a place for every food. I suggest giving it a shot at where the calculator puts you for ~6 weeks, then play with it based on your bodies response. eg I personally don't think that it allots enough grams of fat when calculating female macros, and struggled with this so I recalculated after a few months... Hope this helps, it's a great lifestyle!

^If you're trying to put on muscle, do this! IIFYM is awesome, but you've got to know exactly how your body utilizes macros, in order to get anything out of it.

Since yesterday, I've been eating what my fiancée referred to as the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce, and toast)...It's supposed to get me back to fighting strength. I'm so ready to get back to eating real shit. Fuq food poisoning.

PM Sean and he'll get you all the info you need. I think you can get 2 things and I went with a T-Booster b/c I've never tried one and the pre-workout, so I can compare it to C4 and MP.

I will start another round of mass gainer June 1st hoping to put on another 10lbs. Also trying a pre that I havent used in over a year. I did half a scoop this morning and it tastes great, minimal affect bc of the half serving but I was sweating pretty good.
The NX6 is suppose to help increase blood flow and pump.
    All from complete nutrition
