    How long does ON gold standard stay in your system with one scoop mixed with milk. I'm running out of combat and I'm wondering since combat has the casein it says it feeds for up to 8 hours. How long does gold standard since it's a fast release protein. Trying to make up my mind which to buy.

    I've been lifting heavier than normal this week. Focusing less on reps, more on weight. I forgot what it was like. I haven't done it in a couple months now. I'm freakin sore again.
