With both fat and muscle I've gained about 1 lb per week of both muscle and fat. I realize that according to some people that's a hard thing to do but that's what my scale is telling me I've done and I believe it.

I don't have a reason to juice or to lie about my gain.

So go ahead and hate me cause my gainez

I'm not "hating on your gainz", I'm just simply saying that, according to the rules of physiology, it's pretty damn-near impossible to add 10 lbs of muscle naturally in 3 months.

Got before and after pics? no homo

Neither am I. Where's kona's scientific ass? When I first started out 3-4 years ago and looked like a fire pole and gained my first 10 lbs. in 2 months, I thought it was all muscle, until a personal trainer set me straight. Even according to the nutrition pros, 1 lb per month is the absolute max in a normal male.

Cody is knee deep in finals with chemistry books up his ass. i don't think he has touched a weight in weeks.

i'd be happy with 5-10lbs a year of muscle gains, if im lucky.

lol ^^^^this....the only accurate way to do it is hydrostatic testing...and I don't even know how accurate those are

^^This. Albeit, my lady was with me pre-gains. I just had to get big to make the other bisches and Phil jealous. Where's he been?
