    Good work, and progress is progress.... but scale doesn't measure muscle...tape measures may help...either way, keep pushing.

    Staying at my parents for about 2 months and just got a gym membership. Probably my favorite gym ever. They have a huge mural of Arnold and tons of old muscle magazines on the wall. No one even goes there so I am almost always alone too.

    Preacher curls: 1:1:1:1

    Superset with:

    DB hammer curls: 1:1:1:1
    25's x 8 (4 sets)

    We moved pretty quick today...only enough rest while rotating.

    my 1RM was 245, I could build my working weight up to 225 but kinda stopped doing flat BB cause I never had a reliable spot

    Seeing how he is from Vegas, and our air here, in CO, is thin...he had to stop several times today....I have to give him credit though...he kept pushing it, and finished it out.

    If you came and trained here for an event...for instance, the Olympics, and then returned to your sea level, you'd feel a difference. It's like a legal version of blood doping.
