Calm down. I was simply posting to the 'Funny Pics' thread and decided to post that one in here, since it is gym related. It's turned into a fucking dick petting zoo in here. Let's get back to talking about lifting.

Haha it's not directed to anyone. I hadn't had my morning coffee yet, so I was cranky.

I'm going to do some stretching exercises today at the golf course. Gotta stay limber

Well the reason I ask is because all I did was agree with your post, I didn't say anything negative about it.

    Golf?

Last time I saw you you were amped up on creatine about to shoot someone while making a very angry baby face.

The first thing that came to my mind was not golf.

JK on the baby face :p was quoting someone else

    The better coast
There was a guy at the gym who was on something and decided to punch someone else in the head while they were doing squat with about 365 on there.

Needless to say he was arrested, but they other guy was taken away in an ambulance.

Pretty much an election. We just had the public opinion segment. Not its time for Sean to change the votes so he wins :p

But speaking of abs....whats your guy's favorite lower ab workouts? I need to start resembling the person in my sig.

Well I don't say much around here without being proven wrong but I have been told leg lifts are good for lower abs. 2 people I know, (Father and long-time employer/friend) who once had 8 packs told me the trick was leg lifts.

As for that lower belly fat though, you have to eat correctly. Many here can help with that.

Leg lifts and laying leg lifts, do them with like a 15lb dumbell if you can, will build a strong core

Squats and deads for abs. I haven't done isolated ab excercises for a while but an ab wheel ALWAYS kicked my ass.

On every exercise you do just make sure to keep the abs tight and you should be good.

How do you use dumbbells for leg lifts?

And to whoever asked, be sure not to put your spine in jeopardy.

For abs, lately Ive been doing leg lifts (hang ass and legs off a flat bench, raise legs straight up then back down to parallel-slowly)

    the ab wheel
and weighted crunches - either with the cable machine or on a crunch machine

That's cool, I hope to work out with my future wife too. I only really use weights when doing the lumbar dips (It's a leg lift... If you take your body, spin it 180 on the bench, and flip over :p) holding a 35 lb plate or whatever else. 25 or 45. Just something.
