You can go ahead and blame me for that, I have a bad habit of going off topic.

I'm with Konaborne, I feel like I just dropped the soap when doing cable crunches facing the weights, makes me uneasy.

Going in for legs this afternoon. Like Hagan/Baby Taco/whatever dafuq that hippie's name is this week said, squats and deads are all you need for abs; it's a small muscle group and they're not gonna get enormous. Just do core-centric exercises and they'll grow....they're not gonna show if you don't eat right, anyway

    So where's the 8 pack?

Well it was a lot of my fault. Lol. I feel like doing anything physical, I sat on TW for 8 hours today because I'm having issues at work where I can't do anything until IT gets in gear.

I hang from a pull up bar, hold a 20lb between my feet and do them that way, raise the legs straight out so there are parallel with the ground

Ah, pretty sure I would drop the weight-not out of weakness, just stability of...holding a dumbbell with my feet.

Every bitch needs a good slappin' every now and then.

Just had a post-workout footlong from the Piggly Wiggly. Ham, pepperoni, cheese, bacon, pickles, and black olives. About 60g protein and tastes fucking amazing.

Legs (wasn't feeling it today. I fucking hate trying to work out on Monday's b/c all the international chest douches are always in there broing it up. )

    squats: 135 x 15, 135 x 15, 225 x 8, 225 x 8
    straight-leg deads: 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 6, 315 x 6
    lying down leg curls: 35 per leg x 12, 35 per leg x 12, 25 per leg x 15, 25 per leg x 15
    seated leg extension: 2 sets of 12 @ 100 lbs, 2 sets of 10 @ 90 lbs
lunges: 3 sets to failure w/ 15 lb dumbbells
    leg press calve raises: 6 sets of 15 @ 330, 6 sets of 15 @ 150 (changed footing a lot)

Some bastards were hogging the seated calve raise machine, so I just went to town on the leg press. I hate going to the gym on Monday's

Do y'all ever have days where you don't hit your 1g protein per lb. of body weight? Yesterday, I substituted my post-workout shake with a footlong (giggity) and was supposed to drink my 60g shake before bed, but fell asleep and didn't get to. Now I know 1 day of this isn't going to do shit, so I'm basically asking how much protein do you fellas consume per day? For me, weighing 184, it's anywhere from 190 to 250g, but yesterday it was around 140g
