    Im dead today..
Woke up at 5am and wetn to the gym as usual and hit some legs. Back squats and deads. Havent done deads in a while so my hamstrings and lower back were pretty tired.
then at 8pm went to the track and had a killer workout from a track coach on some sprint drills.
I am moving slower than usual today

been eating like shit the past week, and only did legs on tuesday, bloated and water filled as hell, so decide to run EC for 4 weeks, 2 days in, with 12mg E and 100MG C, already 5lbs of water gone. as dangerous as this stuff is, result is pretty amazing.

okay guys, question time. I know diet's an argued thing in here, but I was wondering if I could get an opinion

so to see how my body reacts to a somewhat strict intake/macro diet, I counted cals/carbs/fat/protein for about a month and a half, with no change in my current workout cycle/routine

For this race coming up, I wanted to lose around 7-10lbs and drop a few %BF, I was originally 162-165 lbs 14%BF. I started the cut the first day of may, so that by july I could gauge if I needed to cut more to get to what I wanted-around 155lbs

As of this morning and yesterday morning....I'm down to 154 :anonymous:

so, should I do whatever I want for the rest of the month, try to make some gains, and cut in july
or just maintain till aug, and focus on cutting BF%

After I run out I may look into trying something else then to compare them. C4 is the only pre workout I've ever taken so I have nothing to compare it to. Maybe I think it's just working - placebo effect, lol
