No clue on my max. The closest thing I have for numbers is 110lb dumbbells 5 times. I'll probably max sometime around the end of August. It used to be 315 a few years ago.

Do any of you use those rubber things that go on the dumb bells for a wider grip.
    What do those even do?

I have a pair of fat gripz and love them. They will burn your forearms up pretty quick.

I would think your short stubby asian arms would kill bench :p. Stop squatting and work nothing but chest bi tri and shoulders. By todays standards you should bench more than you squat.

Why not do it before your trip to the beach?

6'1" has very little to do with it.

Eh to an extent it does...easier to distribute bodyfat ...but harder for u to attain muscle, no? Well muscle that shows....like us shorty guys can be more 'stacked' easier than taller guys..

Key word can. There are ideal height and weight ratios. Your height and weight ratio is different because you're shorter.

However with my frame, I carry 190-200 Well. If I went to 210, I'd look huge, but if I went to 160-170 I'd look like a Fucking bean pole.
