I should learn how to dl right. I haven't been doing them on back day because I don't want to mess my back up.

Fuckin love volume 5x5 chest day.

    Flat bench 5x5x235
    Incline bench 5x5x200
    Decline bench 5x5x260

    Push-ups 50-40-30

Worked then nullified by a couple Kona IPAs. Can't get enough of those Kona beers.

The gain fairy has magically been visiting me lately. Always a nice suprise!

IMO, it's one of THE essential workouts that needs to be part of everyone's program, along with pull-ups and squats. If I could only do 3 workouts ever again, it'd be those 3.

You can do so much variation with dl's, too. You can do straight-leg deads on leg day to isolate the hamstrings and you can do traditional deads for a back/hams/calves workout, etc. I would definitely throw them in every week.

I think I'm gonna cut for about 2 more weeks and then I'm going back to stuffing my face. This bulk's main goals are gonna be to get 315 on flat bench, get my arms over 16", and to stay below 12% bf...currently benching ~295, 15.5" arms and ~10-11% bf.

I agree man. As soon as I started dead lifting, all of my other lifts, even push lifts went up. If you're not deadlifting you're missing out
