As long as it works for you, that's all that matters. I did an oral pro hormone a few years ago and gained like 20 lbs in 30 days, but my blood pressure was hypertensive and all kinds of other crazy shit #neveragain

Im with you man. I ran one cycle of halo last year.. Gained 9 pounds and had no sides... I really liked it but I probably wouldn't do it again though. I like gains and shit but it's not really worth fucking your liver blood pressure and cholesterol up. Just not worth the risk

I'm late to the party, but new to the forum. I'll tell someone to inject before taking prohormones. As morbid as that sounds.

x2. I don't endorse gear, but, if used properly, it's safe, unlike pro-hormones, which have soooo many negative sides

Gonna be drinking all day (Evan Williams and Sprite Zero: 60 cals, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 0 protein). On drinking days, which is usually once a week, I follow the Lean Gains guide because it works! I do .3g fat per kg of bodyweight (25g for me), 1.5g carbs per kg of bodyweight (124g for me) and as much protein as you want. So basically, you eat nothing but protein the entire day.

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, hot sauce, and coffee

    umude4u3_f4201e5156d6ac69eb9972784f08d9821e5521f6.jpg

I've been following this protocol (for the most part) on my entire cut and have still seen great results. The rules are that you can only do it once per week and you've got to drink "healthy alcohols", such as wine, low carb beers (Michelob Ultra is my favorite: 2.5g carbs and like 90 calories) and pretty much all liquor is fair game. Avoid stuff like Long Island's, margaritas, and mixers like Coke, Mtn. Dew, etc.

The hardest part is that once you get drunk, your inhibitions lower and you start going after pizza, hot wings, etc. 9 times out of 10, I can combat the cravings, but every now and then, I fall off the wagon. Today, we're grilling like 30 whole chickens, so I'm just gonna try to stay stuffed off those.

Just some friendly advice from your local patriot and alcoholic lol  This is my absolute favorite holiday! Go be patriotic and get wasted!!! :oldglory:

Haha always! It's zero tolerance weekend here and our town is really small, so pretty much anyone who drives drunk gets caught. We're going to my parents' house on the lake, so my main goal is not to drown lol

All that low carb stuff went out the window today. Gonna take today as my refeed day. I had 3 BBQ sammiches and tater chips at dinner before goin out on the boat to watch fireworks.

On a brighter note, went up 20 lbs on my DL today. Did 225 and 275 for 3, 295 for 2, then 315 and (PR) 335 for 1. I know it's not much, but I've only really been doin them for a couple months now

x2. I started out great...6 egg whites for breakfast, leftover seared tuna steak for lunch....after about 12 Michelob Ultra's, I ate 10 hot wings and a hunch punch soaked watermelon and it pretty much went downhill from there....the last thing I remember is drinking fireball straight from the bottle and eating an entire bag of Lays chips...I'm not proud of myself.

I just got a new sig quote

EDIT: and I just realized you posted that at 4 in the morning #winning
