today was leg day... Ill probably be hitting legs twice a week.. time to get back to growing and showing

 

Magic bullet FTW! My 50lb order or Cytogainger should be here today so gona have to find my Magic Bullet haha, last time i used it i put on almost 40 pounds, a lot less carbs then serious mass but i couldn't gain weight on it cuz i couldn't drink it without running out of my morning classes to puke. So going back to Cytosport

Cutting back on my crossfit next week too. Starting a new body building oriented strength cycle for 16 weeks, followed by a 9 week olympic lifting cycle and then gymnastics and high intensity cardio training for 6 weeks leading up to the crossfit open. I'm trying to maintain my current 9% bf (5'10' 185#) but get up too bout 205 by the end of the year. Need to get a little bigger to get my strength numbers up trying to get my Clean and jerk too 325 and my snatch too 250. Just gota finalize the programing this week, working with three other trainers trying to send me to crossfit regionals next year

Haha its all good. Im honestly not 100% sure thats accurate cuz my last measurment was done by two people in a KINE class that arnt personal trainers, but they were practicing with the calipers. 1 got 8% and the other got 9% plus the calipers arnt totaly accurate but id say im right beetween 8.5-10.5% hoping to do a dexa scan soon for a 100% accurate answer or atleast be hydrostatic weighed.

Luckily im a closet selfie taker so i have phots already im gona put alot of focus on my chest/size and strength during this cycle thats where i lack the most







And this is from back when i was around 170-175 a year ago my bf% was a lil lower id like to go back to that BF%




A few years ago when i was doing Downhill racing and didnt care about size and only did cardio machines and abs everyday at the gym i was down to 6.8% but i was like 150 pounds i wont post that pic tho lol
