Skin calipers can be off as much as 4% in either direction depending on who does it plus the lower you go the bigger the diffrence. Like the diffrence beetween 6-8 is huge compared to the difference beetween 18-20. Plus some peoples BF is more in areas and less in some. Hydration plays a roll in it aswell, you can look a higher bodyfat if your hydrated, but water weight counts as muscle mass just like bones and everything else. All that counts toward your fat percentage is adipose tissue.

    LISS cardio

Workouts were jumped around due to it being busy...

MRI results are in. Nothing is torn, but there is some thickening in the synovial tissue in the suprapateller region. She feels since the cortisone injection, PT, and resting isn't helping much she referred me to an othro surgeon to setup a consualtion.
I asked for a phone consualtion as my scheduled in person consualtion appt is 8/8/14...
I can train on it until I meet with the surgeon so long as if does not aggravate my knee any further....that limits it to leg ext, leg curls, and maybe some light presses...maybe. Granted, I won't be able to build them up, it will at least mentally help me until they solve this issue / surgery is determined....then it's game on...not training legs is an mental barrier for me, and not one I am enjoying...but hey, what else can I do? Gah.

This thread has gone down a strange road....

I'm starting back my 4 day splits tomorrow. As much as I liked the 6 day a week cutting regimen, between a 15 hr summer semester, studying for the LSAT, work, my fiancée, and trying to stay swole, 6 days a week is just too much. I've always been at my strongest on 4 day splits anyway. Can't wait for some bench press tomorrow! Operation 315 commences in 12 hours.

Edit: Just made a shake and realized we had the ninja. Works great

It may seem shitty now but sounds like you have a good box which is rare, once you dial everything in it gets alot more fun. Sucks to have to do it but better than getting hurt!

First real workout in awhile, took 12 days off for vacation and told myself i wasnt gona workout. I havnt gone more than 2 days off in a row in 2 years so it was kinda hard for me mentaly, managed not to touch a single weight tho! Was able to get in 3 days at a bike park, 10 miles of river rafting and swim accross donner lake in tahoe which was about a mile. Gota get back on my creatine and beta alanine now. I almost cried when i weighed myself after tho first time under 180 in a long time :(

    BS (350# 1RM)
    5x60%
    5x70%
    5x75%
    5x80%

    FS (300# 1RM)
    5x60%
    (3) 5x65%

    Workout

    4 Rounds:
    5 Hang power cleans @185
    10 Strict Handstand Pushups
    15 Burpees
    2 minute Rest

    Took Me 10:12

Those hang cleans felt wayyyy to heavy after squatting haha

Wait till you start snatching, makes a clean look as simple as a pushup haha

The thing with oly lifting tho is no ones form is ever 100% perfect olympic athletes train all year to get it as perfect as possible its a super technical form of lifting. Once you get it down tho its a blast!
